What fees will I pay ?

What is a short let apartment ?
The definition of shortlet is a short period of time then 6 month.But for example Airbnb doesn‘t allow guests to stay longer than 90 days.
Who is most likely to rent my apartment?
The most likely to rent are normally family’s or people between 20-40 years old.Regarding nationality these are mostly French, English, Italian or Spanish speaking people.
What is the most expensive part in Malta
The most expensive part to rent or to let are St Julian’s,Sliema, Valletta and Swieqi.
